Vein Clinics of America is thrilled to announce that Dr. Desiree Clarke will assume the role as lead physician of our brand-new Southbury, CT clinic. Dr. Clarke has been an integral part of the Vein Clinics of America team for over six years and we can’t wait to welcome her to the state-of-the-art clinic in Southbury. Dr. Clarke is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine and has many years of experience as a venous and lymphatic medicine specialist. We know she will have a huge impact on the wonderful community.
In her free time, Dr. Clarke enjoys spending her days outdoors with her teenage twins. She is also an avid traveler and music enthusiast, often finding ways to blend the two together through festivals and outdoor events. As New York City is very close to Southbury, Dr. Clarke is excited to take full advantage of the big city while also getting to know the charming and rich culture of the local community.
Dr. Clarke’s commitment to her patients comes from her inherent desire to improve their quality of life. She is dedicated to developing unique treatment plans for each individual patient and is excited to bring the same approach to Southbury. Dr. Clarke values the minimally-invasive procedures done at Vein Clinics of America, which allow her patients to get back on their feet in no time. We can’t wait for all our patients treated at the Southbury clinic to get to know this enthusiastic and dedicated physician.
