The American College of Phlebology (formerly the North American Society of Phlebology) was founded in 1985. It has grown to be the largest phlebology society in the United States, with over 1380 members. 40 countries outside of the United States are repesented, with members’ specialty backgrounds including dermatology, surgery, plastic surgery, gynecology, interventional radiology, family practice, ultrasound technology, and nursing, as well as phlebology.
