Dr. Zambuto received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed both his residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in Vascular Interventional Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. While a resident at Massachusetts General Hospital he received the Stanley Moore Wyman, M.D. award. Prior to joining the Vein Clinics of America (VCA) network, Dr. Zambuto served as Chief Resident in the Department of Radiology and Chief Fellow in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital. Most recently, he was the Director of Interventional Radiology at Hartford Hospital.

Minimally Invasive Treatment

Dr. Zambuto's comprehensive, minimally invasive approach includes ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy as well as endovenous laser treatment (ELT). Neither option requires hospitalization or surgery. Instead, each is performed in the physician's office. You can be back on your feet resuming normal activities the same day. Dr. Zambuto also performs procedures for male varicoceles, pelvic congestion, and uterine fibroids.

Ariana Wong Won is a NCCPA board certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences at Philadelphia University where she also completed her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies.

Prior to joining Vein Clinics of America, Ariana practiced as a hospitalist where she assisted in the admittance and floor-coverage of inpatients that required further evaluation & treatment of various medical conditions. She is BLS and ACLS certified and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Upon joining VCA, Ariana underwent further extensive training in phlebology, the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease and related disorders. During this time, she was trained in ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy.

Ariana is supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative team dedicated to excellence in the treatment of chronic vein disorders.
