Minimally Invasive Treatment
Dr Bulger’s comprehensive, minimally invasive approach includes ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, as well as endovenous laser treatment (ELT). Neither option requires hospitalization or surgery. Instead, each is performed in the physician's office. You can be back on your feet resuming normal activities the same day.

Prior to joining the Vein Clinics of America (VCA) network, Dr. Bulger served as Medical Director for Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) Center for Wound Care and as Chief of Vascular Surgery for ECHN Hospitals in Manchester, CT. He is also a Registered Vascular Technologist.
