Experience Matters

Prior to joining the Vein Clinics of America (VCA) network, Dr. Aleman practiced emergency medicine in the Atlanta area at Gwinnett Medical Center, Northside Hospital and DeKalb Medical Center. He also practiced emergency medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative team dedicated exclusively to the treatment of chronic venous disorders.

Minimally Invasive Treatment

Dr. Aleman's comprehensive, minimally invasive approach includes ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, as well as endovenous laser treatment (ELT). Neither option requires hospitalization or surgery. Instead each is performed in the physician's office. You can be back on your feet resuming normal activities the same day. Dr. Aleman is also now offering Veinwaveâ„¢, an exciting new treatment for spider and fine thread veins of the legs and face. The introduction of our latest offering reflects our ongoing commitment to bringing our patients new and effective, minimally invasive treatment options.
