Dr. Di Iorio's  comprehensive, minimally invasive approach includes ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, as well as Endovenous Laser Treatment (ELT). Neither option requires hospitalization or surgery. Instead, each is performed in the physician's office. You can be back on your feet resuming normal activities the same day.

Prior to joining the IntegraMed Interventional network, Dr. Di Iorio served as a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist with Medical Diagnostic Imaging Group in Phoenix, AZ where he specialized in minimally invasive treatment of many venous and arterial diseases including: varicose veins, pelvic venous congestion, varicoceles, uterine fibroids, deep venous thrombosis (DVT), and peripheral arterial disease. Dr. Di Iorio has given many lectures on the treatment of venous disease and was featured on NBC’s The Arizona Midday Show were he discussed minimally invasive options for the treatment of varicose veins.
