There are plenty of reasons to love summer. Sun, warm weather, beach time, vacation, a more carefree attitude and so much more. In fact, many of us live for summer, especially those who live in less-than ideal climates where winter seems to drag on way too long.

Another thing we love about summer is how fresh everything tastes. Much of the greatest food is in season and there are few things that pair better with a hot summer day than some nice cool fresh fruit.

One of the best ways to enjoy that delectable fruit is in a smoothie. Not only will you get the great taste, you’ll also get a whole slew of nutrients leaving you feeling revived and ready to get out there and enjoy all that summer has to offer.
