Coming from the SOUTH headed north on Port Washington Road Ferrante’s Restaurant – Associated Bank -Fiddleheads Coffee Shop *If you get to Mequon Road you have gone too far north. Coming from the NORTH headed south on Port Washington Road there is a Culver’s Restaurant, Mequon Pavilion Shopping Center – Sendicks Grocery Store, Steins Garden & Gifts *If you get to Donges Bay Road you have gone too far south.
Parking is available in front of the clinic. Coming South headed North we are on the right side of the road, east side of Port Washington Rd, and coming North headed South we are on the left side (east side of Port Washington Rd).
