FROM WEST: Take I-494 N; Use the right 2 lanes to take the I-94 E/I-694 exit. Move into the right lane and take exit 28 for Hemlock Lane. Turn right onto Hemlock Lane N. Turn right on Elm Creek Boulevard. At the first stop light turn left onto Village Drive. Follow Village Drive around and turn left into The Village at Arbor Lakes. The clinic is located next to Tide Dry Cleaning.

FROM EAST: Take I-694 W; follow signs for I-94 W to St. Cloud. Take exit 28 for Hemlock Lane. Turn right onto Hemlock Lane N. Turn right on Elm Creek Boulevard. At the first stoplight turn left onto Village Drive. Follow Village Drive around and turn left into The Village at Arbor Lakes. The clinic is located next to Tide Dry Cleaning.
