How To Get to Our The Woodlands Vein Clinic

FROM SOUTH (HOUSTON): I-45 N to Woodlands Parkway (Exit 76B). Take a left on Woodlands Parkway to Kuykendahl. Take left on Kuykendahl then turn left on Creekside Forest Dr. Turn right onto Strake Dr. Turn right in the first parking lot on your right. We’re in the building above Crust Pizza and Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe. The parking lot is in the back of the building. Enter through the breezeway, Crust Pizza should be on your right. The entrance to access the second floor is on the left.

FROM NORTH (PINEHURST, CONROE, MONTGOMERY): I-45 S to Farm to Market Rd 1488 toward Magnolia/Hampstead (Exit 81). Keep right to continue toward Farm to Market Rd 1488. Slight right onto Farm to Market Rd 1488. Turn left onto Kuykendahl Rd then turn left on Creekside Forest Dr. Turn right onto Strake Dr. Turn right in the first parking lot on your right. We’re in the building above Crust Pizza and Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe. The parking lot is in the back of the building. Enter through the breezeway, Crust Pizza should be on your right. The entrance to access the second floor is on the left.

FROM WEST: I-10 East (Katy Freeway) then take exit 743B for TX-99/Grand Pkwy. Take the exit toward Kuykendahl Rd. Take a left on Kuykendahl Rd. Follow Kuykendahl Rd about 5 miles and VCA is on your right across from HEB. Go past the first parking lot entrance on your right, you will pass two beige brick buildings, turn right into the second parking lot entrance and park. We’re in the building above Crust Pizza and Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe. The parking lot is in the back of the building. Enter through the breezeway, Crust Pizza should be on your right. The entrance to access the second floor is on the left.

FROM EAST: I-10 West to exit 775A for I-610 N, merge onto I-610 W. Use right two lanes to exit 19B for Hardy Toll Rd N. Take the exit toward TX-99. Take the exit toward Kuykendahl Rd. Turn right on Kuykendahl Rd then follow Kuykendahl Rd about 5 miles.  Go past the first parking lot entrance on your right, you will pass two beige brick buildings, turn right into the second parking lot entrance and park. We’re in the building above Crust Pizza and Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe. The parking lot is in the back of the building. Enter through the breezeway, Crust Pizza should be on your right.
