At Vein Clinics of America, our priority is maximizing our patients’ health, wellness, and active lifestyle. We constantly measure patient satisfaction by gathering patient satisfaction surveys, additional reviews and feedback, and carefully monitor our Net Promoter Score.
Independent Surveys ★★★★★
Patient reviews of every individual VCA clinic are obtained via surveys taken after patients’ initial consultation, first treatment, and six-month follow-up appointments by an independent company, xAmplifier. In addition to a one-to-five star rating, patients can provide comments on their experience. These can be about the doctor and clinical team, the medical procedure and the healing process or anything else patients want to share about their experience at that particular clinic.
Net Promoter Score of 80
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) rates companies on their customers’ answer to the question, “How likely is it that you would recommend [Organization X] to a friend or colleague?” Scores range from -100 to 100, with 0 being neutral and anything over 50 considered very good.
Vein Clinics of America’s score tends to hover around 80 and refers to VCA as a whole, not to individual clinics. We’re committed to patient satisfaction throughout the entire experience, and set a gold standard of care. Satisfied patients are our goal. 91% of over 2,300 patients surveyed who completed a treatment said they would recommend VCA to a family member or friend for treatment.
