Your legs are in good hands with Dr. Christopher Bulger who is board-certified in Vascular Surgery. His experience in minimally invasive procedures allows him to address the needs of each patient with a custom and targeted treatment.

Vein Specialization: Dr. Bulger has extensive training in venous and lymphatic medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease and related disorders. His specializations include ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy and endovenous thermal ablation (EVTA).

Medical Credentials: Dr. Bulger studied medicine at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, TX and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Illinois Metropolitan Group Hospitals. He completed his fellowship in vascular surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.

Prior Experience: Dr. Bulger served as Medical Director for Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) Center for Wound Care and as Chief of Vascular Surgery for ECHN Hospitals in Manchester, CT.

Professional Affiliations: He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a Member of the American College of Phlebology, the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society and the Society for Vascular Surgery.
