Dr. Gavin graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and completed her general surgery residency at Rush University Medical Center and John H. Stroger, Hospital of Cook County, Chicago, IL in 2005. She completed fellowship training in transplantation surgery at the University of Minnesota, Division of Transplantation and Rush University Medical Center, Division of Abdominal Transplantation.
Dr. Gavin has 14 years of experience including her work as a Surgical Consultant at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN and Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. She also served as an Instructor of Surgery at the University of Minnesota Hospital, Fairview.
