Vein Specialization: Dr. Harris has extensive training in phlebology, the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease and related disorders. At Vein Clinics of America, he specializes in ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy and endovenous thermal ablation (EVTA).
Medical Credentials: He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), and completed his residency and served as chief resident in diagnostic radiology at New Jersey Medical School affiliate Hackensack University Medical Center, in Hackensack, NJ. After his residency training, he completed fellowship training at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
Prior Experience: Dr. EvanHarris served as Chairman of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at All Children’s Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine, St. Petersburg, FL. Dr. Harris held faculty appointments as instructor in the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and Affiliate Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Harris also co-founded the Vascular Anomalies Clinic at All Children’s Hospital and has 20 years of experience performing venous procedures.
