Robert is the Director of Research for VCA, working to develop and expand VCA’s clinical research program. He also is the Medical Director for the VCA offices in Pennsylvania.

He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Prior Experience
Dr. Worthington-Kirsch served as Medical Director at Vascular Access Centers where he provided Interventional Radiology services at a variety of sites across the country. He also served as Section Head of Interventional Radiology at two hospitals in the Philadelphia area.

Dr. Robert Worthington-Kirsch is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with Subspecialty Board Certification in Interventional Radiology. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. He has been elected a Fellow of the Society of Europe, and is a Member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society.
