When using the Site, information will be transmitted over a medium that may be beyond the control and jurisdiction of VCA and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers. Accordingly, VCA and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers assume no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Site. VCA and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and Content providers also assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable, for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site. CONSULTATIONS
Due to legal constraints, this consultation offer cannot be extended to Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries, or other recipients of federal or state health care benefit programs, or when prohibited by an insurance coverage provider. USER SUBMISSIONS
Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not send or transmit to the Site any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party.
Anything you transmit or post may be used by VCA or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, VCA is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information.
You should be aware that when you disclose personal information (including, user name, e-mail address, personal details about yourself, etc.) on the public areas of the Site (including message boards, etc.) you do so voluntarily, and that such information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties.
PRIVACY

INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VCA and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and Content providers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
JURISDICTION
VCA is based in Illinois. Most of the physicians, health care providers, and others who are contributors of the Contents of the Site are licensed, if required, only in the State of Illinois. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with VCA, or in any way relating to your use of the VCA Site, resides in the courts of the State of Illinois; and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Illinois in connection with any such dispute including, without limitation, any claim involving VCA and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers and Content providers.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of the terms and conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition of any other term or condition.
MODIFICATION TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
VCA may at any time, in its sole discretion, revise these Terms and Conditions of Use by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions of Use to which you are bound.
